- Provide guest experiences that build positive relationships
- Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the Kalamazoo Athletic Club in order to maximize each sale and optimize customers satisfaction
- Continuously promote yourself and the Kalamazoo Athletic Club to ensure growth professionally
- Give tours to potential members and fitness orientations to new members and guest
- Communicate amenities and promote the Kalamazoo Athletic Club
- Continuation of knowledge within the health and fitness industry
