What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to exacting standards, both behind the bar and tableside.
• Provide gracious, full-service hospitality to all guests—whether seated at the bar or in the lounge—through confident engagement and timely service.
• Maintain complete fluency in all food and beverage offerings
• Guide guests through the menu, making recommendations based on flavor profiles and preferences, with the ability to upsell.
• Ensure the bar and service areas remain clean, stocked, and visually polished
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and elevated level of service throughout all areas of the Lobby Bar.
• Cross promote other GHG F&B Outlets
• Offer full-service hospitality, including making reservations at GHG outlets and personally escorting guests to the venue
• Maintain a clean, pressed uniform in strict accordance with the Lobby Bar dress code; proper attire is mandatory.
