Greenleaf Hospitality Group (GHG) today announced a series of executive leadership role changes designed to align the organization for its next chapter of growth and innovation. As GHG expands its presence across hospitality, sports, dining, and entertainment, these updates strengthen leadership alignment and position the company for continued success. Rooted in its vision to “Be the Host of Kalamazoo,” GHG is fostering a culture of hospitality and belonging, celebrating what makes Kalamazoo unique and creating experiences that welcome all.
“Greenleaf Hospitality Group is entering an exciting new era,” said Tim Rayman, Chief Executive Officer, Greenleaf Hospitality Group. “We are focused on building an exceptional guest experience and a strong organizational foundation as we continue to elevate Kalamazoo’s presence as a destination for hospitality, dining, sports, and entertainment.”
Over the next several years, GHG’s growth will be marked by significant developments across its portfolio. Burdick’s and RIO located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites Kalamazoo introduce refreshed offerings designed to elevate the guest experience. The Kalamazoo Country Club will debut a reimagined clubhouse, golf performance center, and indoor racquets facility in early 2026, with additional amenities to follow later that year. Construction is underway on the Kalamazoo Event Center, opening in October 2027 as a premier venue for Western Michigan University (WMU) and Kalamazoo Wings hockey, WMU basketball, concerts, and community events.
With this expanded scope, each member of GHG’s Executive Leadership Team has assumed new or expanded responsibilities:
- Tim Rayman – Chief Executive Officer: Rayman will oversee all businesses within the Greenleaf Hospitality Group portfolio and lead the Executive Leadership Team.
- Sarah Olszowy – Chief Experience Officer: Olszowy will lead Marketing, Technology Services, A/V, and Event Production. Her focus areas include brand engagement, immersive technology experiences, and guest experience optimization to increase market share.
- Stephanie Farrell – Chief Strategy Officer: Farrell will lead Human Resources and Finance, focusing on talent strategy, financial planning, and organizational change management.
- Ryan Cunningham – Chief Operating Officer, Food & Beverage: Cunningham will oversee Event Services and Culinary, guiding innovation in food, beverage, and service offerings while scaling infrastructure and systems.
- Craig Davies – Chief Operating Officer, Facilities: Davies will lead Facilities operations, including Engineering, Custodial, Landscape, and Parking across all GHG properties, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term planning.
- Brian Behler – Chief Operating Officer, Hospitality: A 30-year hospitality industry veteran, Behler joins the GHG team to lead the Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites and Kalamazoo Country Club teams, guiding overall hospitality operations.
“These changes represent an important milestone for GHG,” said Rayman. “Our leaders are taking on expanded roles to strengthen collaboration, enhance our guest experience, and position our organization for sustainable growth.”
As GHG continues to expand, these leadership enhancements reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to providing opportunities for professional growth, innovation, and excellence across all its brands.
